Creative, versatile and passionate about her craft Pear Kgaudi has been able to establish herself as a successful beautician over the past 17 yrs. Pearl was on the path towards a career in music when she decided to pursue her true calling which is the beauty industry. The Francistown born beautician says she got experience in one of the most popular salons then in the city and she never looked back.

She then moved from Francistown to Letlhakane where she quickly became one of the most in demand stylist in town. The beauty salon based in Letlhakane specializes in di ferent hair types,skin types to both men and women. After some years her limelight became more brighter after she did make-up
for celebrities such as Makhadzi, Charma Gal and Slizer. Her ana- lytical skills, innate creativity and focus on the customer experience consistently resulting in thoughtfully crafted and flattering hairstyles, perfectly tailored to every one of her clients.

Dr. D stated that she enjoys seeing her clients happy, she added that together with her cients they
have built each other, shared stories, fears, hopes and desires all in the salon chair.Most importantly they have hyped each other for first dates, they have been the sounding board for business, relationships and loss. Pearl mentioned that for every business to succeed there should be a drivingforce that makes staff happy and that is being a good leader. She further went on to say that being agood leader is about listening to your staff, taking risks facing challenges and motivating your staff to achieve a desired goal.

Her advice to youths and wom- en is that if you have passion for something ,research ,learn and go for it as the sky is the limit do not be dettered.
